Hunk of a hen

This hens and chickens plant took off on local resident LeRoy Roemmick, who lives in South Fork Trailer Court. Hens and chickens, normally short, ground-covering plants, typically produce a much shorter stem with a bloom. This stem has grown to an unusual 13-15 inches. Roemmick has had these hens and chickens for three or four years and continues to transfer to them to larger pots, watering them about once a month.
