The Huskies had a tough week in baseball, edged out by Cottage Grove and dominated by Sisters.
They travel to La Pine on Friday.
They are 4-5 overall and 1-3 in league play.
Cottage Grove 4, Sweet Home 2
Cottage Grove came up with a three-run seventh inning to snatch a win away from the Huskies, 4-2, on April 8 in Sweet Home.
“Colton Holly threw great for the Huskies, but the offense was unable to score many runs,” said Coach Matt Matuszak.
The Huskies scored runs in the third and fourth to take a 2-0 lead. Cottage Grove brought a man home in the sixth to pull within one run.
At bat, Nate Melcher went 2-2 with a run, an RBI and two stolen bases. Gavin Kauffman went 2-3 with a run and a stolen base. Justin Rice collected one hit and a stolen base.
Holly, losing pitcher, threw a complete game, striking out eight Lions, walked two and gave up four hits.

Sisters 10, Sweet Home 2
Sisters built an early lead on its way to a 10-2 win over the Huskies.
Sisters scored two in the first and five in the second for a 7-0 lead. The Huskies answered with two runs in the third.
At bat, Melcher went 2-3, and Drayson Scott went 1-3 with two RBIs.
Scott was the losing pitcher, striking out three batters, walking six and giving up three hits in two innings. Cory Hanks pitched in relief for four innings, striking out five batters, walking two and giving up three hits. Hunter Bidwell pitched one inning, with a strikeout, a walk and a hit.
