Huskiette dancers finished second Saturday at Thurston in the 3A large school division, according to coach Renee Weidner. Stayton took first and Marist was third.
“We danced 18 girls,” Coach Weidner said. “Coach Gagner and I were excited that two girls, Kristen Belveal and Shanna Reagan, placed in the top 10 in the novice drill downs.”
The Huskiettes will compete again February 10 at Sprague. They opened their season with a second place finish at West Albany.
