Sweet Home’s swimmers got a good taste of what the district meet will be like Saturday morning, Jan. 19, at the Albany Sprint Meet held at South Albany’s pool, where district will take place Feb. 8-9.
The non-scoring meet brought together all 11 of the teams in Special District 3.
“This is a great meet, especially for our newer swimmers, to get them exposed to a big-meet format,” Coach Doug Peargin said.
