She was born May 12, 1928 in Kansas City, Mo., to Horace Lyle and Gertrude E. (Dunkin) Van Wormer.
She lived in Liverpool, N.Y., from 1950-1955; Palos Verdes and Gardena, Calif. from 1955-1981 and then moved to Sweet Home in 1981.
