Tuesday, the Sweet Home Economic Development Group reported that projected proceeds from the 2004 Oregon Jamboree would be $155,000.
In addition to the money raised by the Jamboree, other community organizations raised about $56,000 through their involvement in the Jamboree. Those groups include the Boys and Girls Club, the City of Sweet Home, School District 55, the Kiwanis Club, the Rotary Club, the Church of Christ and the Sweet Home Senior Center.
