He was born July 4, 1943, in Salem to James M. and Teresa (Cody) Healy.
Mr. Healy served in the United States Navy from 1962 to 1967. He served as an electrician’s mate aboard the USS James E. Eyes.
He lived in Idanha and Bend before spending the last 15 years in Sweet Home.
