James Michael Middleton, 64, of Sweet Home died Sept. 27, 2011 at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.
He was born Aug. 25, 1947 in Huntington, Ind. to Herbert Franklin and Helen (Dearinger) Middleton.
Mr. Middleton grew up in Fort Wayne, Ind. and lived most of his later years in Washington and Ore-gon. He has resided in Oregon for the last 10 years.
