James “Jim” Elwin Mosher, 91, of Sweet Home died Wednesday, March 27, 2019.
He was born Nov. 26, 1927 in Sedro Woolley, Wash. to William and Laura (Watts) Mosher.
Mr. Mosher lived in Sedro Woolley until he was 14 years old, when his family moved to Sweet Home, where he lived most of the rest of his life.
