She was born Sept. 13, 1946 in Monroe, Wis. to Theodore and Betty (McKibben) Meichtry.
She moved to Sweet Home, where she met James in 1980. They moved to Texas, then, in the late 1980s, they moved to Redmond. In 2002 she returned to Sweet Home.
Mrs. Borden was a nurse. She loved fishing, bingo, hunting, dice games…
