Jerry Lee Upward, 68, of Sweet Home died March 31, 2011.
He was born May 15, 1942 in Lewellen, Neb. to Richard Francis and Lyvonne D. (Whitmayer) Upward.
Mr. Upward was inducted into the U.S. Navy in 1961 and served until 1966. He came to the Sweet Home area in 1971 and worked in the logging industry until he retired.
