Jim and June Cook will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday, June 14, at a reception at 4 p.m. hosted by their children and grandchildren at the Sweet Home Elks Lodge in Sweet Home.
Jim married the former June Ulve in Emmett, Idaho on June 14, 1953.
The couple has three children, Jim Cook, Jr. of Hillsboro, Mary Sue Reynolds of Sweet Home, and Mark Cook of Tega Cay, South Carolina and eight grandchildren.
