Jim Marcks, 54, of Sweet Home, died Oct. 17, 2012.
He was born June 4, 1958 in Sweet Home to August and Viola Marcks. He worked for Stayton Cannery for many years.
Mr. Marcks enjoyed watching movies, fishing and riding his motorcycle.
Survivors include brothers David of Arizona, and Dennis and Mayard of Sweet Home; sisters Alice Postma of Washington and Bertha Compton of Sweet Home; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Curl, Sack, Mike and Randy; and sisters Crystal McLean and Debbie Williams.
No services are planned. His ashes will be placed at a later date.
