Joel Jesse Martin, 52, of Bend passed away Sunday. He was born in Pendleton to Clayton Jesse and Fern Mildred (Hopkins) Martin.
He grew up in South America. He has lived in various places in Oregon but the last several years he has been in Bend.
Joel had strong faith in the Lord. He was very active in his church and community.
He enjoyed hunting, hiking, fishing and outdoor photography.
