Johanna “Jo” Mae Palmer McCubbins, 82, of Sweet Home went home to the Lord on March 7, 2017.
She was born Aug. 25, 1934 in Santa Ana, Calif. to Sam and Anna (Moyer) Palmer.
If you would have asked Jo McCubbins what the crowning achievement of her life was, she would have said her family – her four children, Frank, Susie, Danny and Melissa, her eight grandsons, and 11 great-grandchildren.
But the word “housewife” falls…
