John Franklin Scott, 80, of Sweet Home, died March 2, 2012.
He was born Feb. 19, 1943, in McMinnville to Delbert C. and Viola (Wolf) Scott.
He lived in Otis in his early years but at other times worked in Alaska. He spent his school years in Sweet Home.
Mr. Scott served in the United States Air Force from 1960 to 1966.
