John Larry Webb, 66, of Foster died March 9, 2016.
He was born Oct. 30, 1949 in Dumas, Texas to Woodrow Wilson and Dorothy Jean (Waldon) Webb.
He moved to Foster in 1964 and on Nov. 1, 1968 married Betty Sue Reynolds in Sweet Home.
Mr. Webb entered the U.S. Air Force in early 1972. In his younger years John worked on mill farms and in the woods.…
