John Louis Zera, 78, of Sweet Home died Feb. 6, 2009.
He was born April 18, 1930 in New York, N.Y. to John L. and Lillian (Wolf) Zera.
Mr. Zera served in the Army during the 1950s. He was a meat cutter for a grocery store. He loved to fish and garden.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Zera of Sweet Home; and daughters Valerie C. Gibson of Eugene and Sandra Jeanette of Hawaii.
