Judith G. Chase, 69, of Sweet Home died Feb. 8, 2009.
She was born March 13, 1939 in Lyons to John Howard and Margaret Joanna Kunkle.
She moved to Sweet Home from Lyons in 1962. She married Floyd Chase on March 31, 1962. She was a homemaker and loved flower gardening, fishing and her grandchildren.
Mrs. Chase is survived by her husband, Floyd Chase of Sweet Home; sons Floyd E. Chase of Lebanon, Steve L. Chase of Lebanon, daughter Jill Amy Dugger of Salem, brother John E. Kunkle of Lyons, sister Juanita Davis of Stayton, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a baby brother, Jimmy and sister Joanna.
Viewing will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 11, at Sweet Home Funeral Chapel. A funeral service is planned for 11 a.m. Thursday Feb. 12, also at Sweet Home Funeral Chapel.
