Julia Langdon, 78, of Sweet Home died Oct. 9, 2018.
She was born Dec. 24, 1939 in Henry, S.D., to Fred and Edith (Mowry) Green.
She attended Junction City High School. She lived in Sweet Home for the past 18 years; before that she had resided in Eugene for over 40 years. Mrs. Langdon was a member of United Church of God.
She married Delbert Langdon on Oct. 4, 1958 in Las Vegas. They recently celebrated their 60th anniversary.
Mrs. Langdon enjoyed gardening, outdoor activities and camping. She loved her cats, spending time with her family, and reading the Bible.
She is survived by her husband, Delbert Langdon of Sweet Home; daughters Rosalie Maugh of Eugene, Sandra Rain of Sweet Home, Joyce Carr of Eugene and Rita Bennett of North Plains; brothers George Green, Ronald Green, Harold Green, Charles Green, Robert Green and Alfred Green; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by brother Elmer Green; and sisters Dorothy Kimler, and Carmen Brown.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, at the Junction City Grange Hall, 1420 Kalmia St., Junction City.
