June Giegl, 96, of Sweet Home died Nov. 23, 2010.
She was born July 17, 1914 in La Grande, the oldest of four and last surviving child of Jesse P. and Grace Darling (Ball) Whittenberg.
Mrs. Giegl was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. She loved music, singing and playing the organ. She also enjoyed crocheting.
