June (King) Dennison, 97, of Albany, formerly of Sweet Home and Holley, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2024. She was born on February 14, 1927, to Oran Clifford and Etta L. (Hufford) King in Holley.

She was the sixth of seven children. June grew up and attended schools in Holley and Sweet Home. She married Bob Dennison of Lebanon in August 1947. Together they had three sons. They lived in several states and eastern Canada during Bob’s career with Chevron Oil Company. After Bob’s retirement they moved back to Oregon and built a home in Lebanon.

June was living in Bonaventure Retirement Facility in Albany at the time of her passing. She was a part of a world-wide Christian Fellowship with homeless preachers, as taught by Jesus Christ when He lived on the earth.

She is survived by her three sons and wives, Mike (Pam) of Utah, Brad (Minnie) of Alaska, Randall of Oregon; sister Joy of Arizona; five grandchildren: Cort of Missouri, Emily of Utah, Oran, Travis, and Holly of Alaska; four great- grandchildren: Fiona, Nora, Eliza and Aquila of Alaska; 15 nieces and nephews and their families. She was preceded in death by husband Robert F. Dennison (2007).

A viewing will be 4-6 pm Wednesday, October 30th at Sweet Home Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will be 11 am Thursday, October 31st with a viewing prior to the service from 10-10:45 am at New Life in Christ Fellowship, 1266 44th Ave., Sweet Home.
