She was born in Salinas, California to John Albert and Eusebia (Wall) Lorenson on Aug. 11, 1943.
She lived in Modesto, Calif., from 1943 until 2005 when she came to Sweet Home.
Mrs. Emerson was a factory worker and worked with In Home Care.
She loved playing cards and collecting wind chimes.
