He was born March 24, 1935 in Chehalis, Wash. to James Donald and Dorothy Mae (Wilson) Belcher.
He served in the United States Navy Reserves. He married Margy Roberts on Dec. 19, 1964 in Nevada.
Mr. Belcher has been in Sweet Home since 2002 when he moved from Dublin, Calif.
