Kelsey Michelle Butterfield was born and died on Aug. 23, 2008 at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital to Gerald L. and Griselda (Zurita) Butterfield of Sweet Home.
She is survived by her mother and father Griselda and Gerald Butterfield of Sweet Home; grandma and grandpa Michelle Butterfield and Bill Weikel of Sweet Home; grandpa Robert Butterfield of San Luis Obispo, Calif. and grandma Hilda Vera of Canby.
Sweet Home Funeral Chapel handled the arrangements.
