Kenneth “Tate” Gene Umphress, 23, of Lebanon died Monday. He was born to Tim and Darlene (Jones) Umphress in Upland, Calif.
Mr. Umphress moved to Crawfordsville in 1983. He lived in Bullhead City, Ariz., in 1987 and in Lebanon since 2001. He lived on his own since 2003. He liked to barter and make deals, a trait he got from his father.
