Celeste King of Brownsville and Kevin Van Cleave of Sweet Home have announced their engagement to marry on Sept. 26.
King is the daughter of Warren and Earlene King Silverton. She is a 1997 graduate of Silverton High School. She is the business manager for the Central Linn School District in Brownsville.
Van Cleave is the son of John and Sandy Van Cleave of Sweet Home. A 1999 graduate of Sweet Home High School, he graduated from Oregon State University in 2004 with a bachelor of science degree in forest engineering. He is a forest engineer for Cascade Timber Consulting in Sweet Home.
