Kimberly Groff and David Burbach have announced their engagement and plan an Aug. 12, 2006 wedding.
Groff is the daughter of the late David Miller, Sr. and Grace and Harold Westbrook of Sweet Home. She attended Sweet Home Junior High then moved to Reno, Nev., where she graduated from The Church Academy in 1987, one year early.
