Labor Secretary Elaine L. Chao announced Monday that the U.S. Department of Labor has certified 175 Willamette Industries workers in Sweet Home as eligible to apply for assistance and benefits under the Trade Act of 1974 and the North America Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) transitional adjustment assistance (TAA) program.
