LaRayne Lynn Spratt, 52, of Sweet Home passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2024. She was born August 6, 1972, to Michael and Marie Spratt in Portland.
Her family moved to Sweet Home when she was a baby and has lived there most of her life. LaRayne attended Sweet Home schools and East Linn Christian Academy.
LaRayne enjoyed being outdoors and exploring nature. She loved and cared for animals, especially her dog Coco. She was a caring person who liked spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her children: Justin Spratt, Chrysta Carpenter-Hamilton, Elizabeth Brewer; mother Marie Spratt-Logosz and stepfather Sam Logosz, father Michael Spratt; brother Matthew Spratt; four grandchildren and her dog Coco.
A memorial service will be 1 pm, Saturday, January 18, 2025, at Jefferson Baptist Church, 15002 Jefferson Highway 99E SE, Jefferson, Oregon. Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is handling arrangements. www.sweethomefuneral.com.

Allan James Mosher
April 13, 1953 – December 14, 2024
Allan James Mosher, 71, of Caldwell, ID was promoted to heaven, into the presence of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on December 14, 2024, following a battle with pancreatic cancer.
Allan was born April 13, 1953 in Sweet Home, to James E Mosher and Geraldine (Graves) Mosher. He graduated from Sweet Home High School in 1971 and attended Central Oregon Community College. He married Carmen Brown on June 23, 1973. They were blessed with two children, Erica R Barrick of Houston, TX and Dustin J Mosher of Caldwell, ID.
Allan entered full time ministry in 1981, and for the next 40 years would serve churches in Oregon, New Jersey, California, Arizona, and Nevada, as well as planting a church in Kingston, Jamaica. He retired to Idaho where he would continue to preach whenever called upon.
Allan enjoyed sports and coached multiple sports at the high school level in several communities. He was known and respected for his work ethic, sense of humor, and willingness to help others.
Allan was preceded in death by sisters Joyce Wells and JoAnne Gifford as well as his parents. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Carmen, daughter Erica Barrick, son Dustin Mosher, sisters Linda McNelly and Patty Dale, and seven grandchildren.
Celebration of Life Services will be held at Harvest Life Church, 11437 Orchard Ave, Nampa, ID on Thursday, January 16th, 2025 at 1:00 p.m.
