Larry Davis, 79, of Sweet Home, passed away on Dec. 28, 2021.
He was born Jan. 18, 1942 in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, to Raymond and Roma Davis.
He lived in Idaho, California and Oregon before settling in Sweet Home in 1970.
In 1961 he married Dawn June Russel and they had six kids together. He was known for his auto mechanic and fabrication work.
Larry is survived by his wife, Dawn; sons Bob, Jimmy, Joe, Bill and Larry; daughter Lynn Lyons; brothers Ray, Verdin “Boots,” Alvin “Buddy,” Jerry, James and Carl; sisters Lori and Doris; 25 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings Caroll, Bernard, Geraldine, Betty, Everett, Evelyn and Nita; nephews Tony and Kip; and sister-in-law Peggy.
A cele-bration of life will be held Tuesday, Jan. 18, to celebrate Larry’s life and his birthday. Contact a family member for details.
