Don and Bonnie Arndt of Sweet Home and Ron and Joyce Ulshafer of Brea, Calif., have announced the engagement of their children, Lars Arndt and Laura Ulshafer.
The bride-to-be is a teacher at Ocean View Elementary School in Whittier, Calif.
The prospective bride-groom is employed with D&S Logging in Sweet Home.
A July wedding is planned in California.
