I am writing regarding a neighbor that stands outside in his front yard with his pants and underwear down.
Among tons of other kids, my children walk by and see his private parts. I think this is just disturbing, and something should be done about it.
I went to the Police Department to turn him in because my children do not need to see this. I was informed that he is not breaking the law. Under the law, you can be nude anywhere in Oregon as long as you are not doing a few things while you are nude.
I just feel this is wrong and really strongly feel that this law should be changed. There is a time and place for this kind of thing, like the Country Fair, but not right on an avenue in Sweet Home where tons of underage kids have to see this while walking home from school or just walking by.
