Lebanon’s jail levy request is taking shape as the Aug. 10 deadline for judicial review approaches.
The levy request asks voters to approve a $1.06 per $1,000 assessed property valuation for five years, beginning in 2027, for jail operations. The city reports that may increase property taxes by more than three percent.
