If there’s anything we’ve learned over the past three years, it’s: “Always trust the experts.” Right? Not so much.
First, it was COVID. Now it is floating UFOs. And do not forget the borderless mass migrations.
More than from today’s experts, we can gain a better understanding from Job, a man whose piety is put to the test in the Bible book with his name.
Job tells us who is really in charge: “(God) makes nations great and destroys them; He enlarges nations and guides them. He takes away the understanding of the chiefs of the people of the earth, and makes them wander in a pathless wilderness.” (Job 12:23-24)
That narrative certainly seems to “fit” our times.
So, what do we do about this?
The Bible presents the basic truth that there is one Mediator between God and all mankind everywhere.
For those who believe the Scriptures, there is hope in submitting to the Man of God’s own choosing: Jesus Christ.
We learn from the Apostle Paul of the tremendous impact that Christian prayer has on life at all levels.
For those who do not yet know or believe the Bible, God is calling all in our current age to repent now or face judgment.
