The Sweet Home High School football team kicked off the season by hosting the annual jamboree under ideal weather conditions, Aug. 30.
The event offered the team a chance to face strong competition, allowing them to experience some success while also identifying areas for improvement. This insight is exactly what the team needed as they gear up for the regular season.
With the jamboree behind them, the team is eager to begin preparations for week one. They will begin the season officially playing at home versus Madras, Sept. 6 at 7 p.m.
