Michael Shain Thompson, 26, has been arrested and charged in connection with an Aug. 4 altercation that left him and Manuel Victor Jr., 27, injured.
Thompson was charged with two counts of unlawful use of a weapon against another, class C felonies; menacing, a class A misdemeanor; second-degree assault, a class B felony; and attempted second-degree assault, a class C felony.
