Law enforcement officials and medics work at the scene of a collision in which a Dodge SUV driven by Faron Walter Kennedy, 60, crashed into parked cars in the 2300 block of Long Street. According to police, Kennedy was transported by medics to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital. He was later arrested on multiple warrants and cited for driving while suspended, according to police reports.
