Luvenia – “Luvbug,” as her parents liked to call her, was born in Durant, Okla. to Troy and Corrine Santana on March 4, 2002.
Shortly after, she moved to Oregon for five years. Then she was off to Texas and Army life at Fort Hood, where her dad is stationed.
