A Sweet Home Man has recently been accused of three counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, three counts of sodomy in the first degree, unlawful sexual penetration in the first degree and sodomy in the third degree according to court documents.
Zachery Todd Pickle, 20, is seeing these charges from Albany Police Department. According to court documents, there are three different victims in this case following these accusations.
The first victim, is accusing two charges of first degree sexual abuse for conduct from when they were under the age of 14, and third degree sodomy for conduct from when the were under the age of 16.
The second victim is accusing first degree sexual abuse, for conduct from when they were under the age of 14. As well as, both first degree unlawful sexual penetration and first degree sodomy from conduct when they were under the age of 12.
The last victim is accusing first degree sodomy for conduct from when they were under the age of 12.
Deputy District Attorney Alex Olenick filed the charges at the Linn County Court July 17, 2024. Pickle was admitted with a security of $300,000, and his next court appearance date is August 12 at 8:30 a.m.
