A man was arrested late Thursday night, Feb. 1, after allegedly firing a gun from an apartment and then running from police.
Sweet Home Police responded at approximately 10:50 p.m. to the Stonebrook Apartments, 300 W. Holley Road for a report of a domestic disturbance in which a male had fired a gun out of an apartment window.
Sean Michael Finkelstein, 33, was arrested on a variety of weapons and menacing charges.
