A Sweet Home man was arrested Friday after a reported altercation and shots fired at Foster Lake.
Linn County Sheriff Jim Yon said dispatchers received a report of a male shooting at a vehicle near the Calkins Boat Ramp at 10:10 p.m. Friday, June 25. Witnesses described the shooter, Paul Kizer, 35, of Sweet Home, driving away from the area in a Ford pickup.
