A 19-year-old Sweet Home man charged with beating and stabbing a homeless man last Monday evening at an apartment at 1238 Nandina, has a two page history of run-ins with the law enforcement officers in Sweet Home.
He also was found guilty in early 2002 of aggravated animal abuse in the mutilation of an eight-year-old girl’s pet dog.
