Margaret (Peggy) L. Campbell, 85, died on Jan. 27, 2006.
She was born on Sept. 2, 1920 in Plymouth, England. She served in the British Army during World War II and then immigrated to Canada in 1948 and California in 1959.
She loved animals, had an affinity for slots and shared her good fortune.
Mrs. Campbell is survived by her daughters, Gillian Boucher, Maggie Buergey; son-in-law, Gordon; close cousin, Pearl Rol; seven grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and many great-great-grandchildren, including Amberose who spent many hours helping with her grandma’s care.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gord.
No services were held. Contributions may be given to the giver’s favorite charity.
