She was born at Langmack Hospital on July 23, 1947.
She graduated from Sweet Home High School and later attended the Cinderella Modeling School, and then worked as a jewelry consultant. At the time of her death, she was a homemaker.
She married Robert Wells on Aug. 19, 1978.
