He was born Sept. 26, 1965 in White Salmon, Wash. to Norma Jean (Young) and Robert Dale McVay.
He enjoyed building fishing poles and working on his truck. He loved fishing with his best friend Benjamin Pementel at his favorite fishing hole at Green Peter Reservoir.
