Marshall Warriner
Nov. 24, 1944 – March 2, 2025
Marshall Ted Warriner passed peacefully at home in Washington on March 2, 2025, with his wife Joanie by his side.
He was known to family and friends as Ted.
Ted was born in Pocatello, Idaho, on Nov. 24, 1944, and spent his formative years in Oakridge.
He graduated from Sweet Home High School in 1963.
Ted married the love of his life, Joanie, in 1983. Ted’s job, working in the waterbed industry, brought him and Joanie to Washington state. In 1989 Ted and Joanie successfully opened and operated their own furniture stores until they retired in 2012.
Ted enjoyed traveling, music, dancing and a shot of Crown Royal with a fine cigar. Ted was a husband, best friend, loyal, honest, kind and giving.
Anything Ted did in life he did with a cheerful and generous heart. He also had great empathy for everyone.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ned and Geri Warriner of Sweet Home; sons Ted Frances Warriner of Colorado and Daren Travis Warriner of Bend; twin brother Michael Ned Warriner of Springfield; and sister Marcella Ann Anderson of Sweet Home.
