She was born Jan. 25, 1935 in Stillwater, Okla. to John Walter and Ruth Ann (Blassingame) Gosnell.
She grew up in Oklahoma, Arizona, Kansas and California before settling in Sweet Home with her husband David Turnbull in 1957.
Mrs. Turnbull loved collecting antiques and cultivating zinnias in her garden. She enjoyed singing and playing the piano.
