Sweet Homes Meals On Wheels held their annual dinner, to help show appreciation for their hard work on Saturday, Sept. 17, at the Point Restaurant. Twenty of 24 volunteers attended, along with some guests. Gifts, donated by local merchants, were raffled to each volunteer. Michael Hall from the Point Restaurant donated the meal, and more support came from Mary Mansfield at Sweet Home RV, who donated several gift baskets. Additional gifts were contributed by the Cedar shack, Kathy’s Korner, Les Schwab, Foster Lake Mall, Santiam Feed and Garden, and J&C BBQ.
