Melanie Frantz, 41, of Sweet Home died Feb. 9, 2014 in her home after an eight-month battle against cancer.
She was born March 6, 1972 in Salem, the daughter of Mary Dee and Forest “Spud” Morton.
She graduated from Dallas High School and married James Frantz on March 19, 2005.
Mrs. Frantz was outgoing, loving and cared for everyone. She was known to give even the shoes off…
